Fees are $190.00 for a 60-minute new patient appointment, and $150.00 for a 60-minute follow-up appointment.  Dr. Virts offers a 15-minute initial phone appointment without charge.

Insurance Reimbursement

Dr. Virts is a Fee-For-Service Provider.  Clients pay out-of-pocket for services at the time they are rendered.  For clients wishing to seek out-of-network insurance reimbursement, Dr. Virts will provide you a "Super-Bill," which is a receipt for payment to send to your insurance company that includes diagnostic and service codes required to receive reimbursement for your payment.  The amount of reimbursement depends on your particular out-of-network deductible and insurance payment rate, which vary across plans.  To determine your out-of-network psychotherapy benefits, please call the "Behavioral-Health" number usually listed on the back of your insurance  card.  Thank you.
