Dr. Virts resides in MD, is licensed in TN, and treats clients in TN remotely via the Doxy.me HIPAA-compliant videoconferencing platform that many medical providers utilize. (Intake forms can be completed and submitted confidentially to Dr. Virts through a connected HIPPA-compliant portal from this website.)

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday afternoon - evening appointments (beginning at ~11:00 am & ending at ~5:30 pm central time).

Fees are $190.00 for a 60-minute new patient appointment, and $150.00 for a 60-minute follow-up appointment. Dr. Virts offers a 15-minute initial phone appointment without charge.

Dr. Virts is a Fee-For-Service Provider. Clients pay out-of-pocket for services at the time they are rendered. For clients wishing to seek out-of-network insurance reimbursement, Dr. Virts will provide you a "Super-Bill," which is a receipt for payment to send to your insurance company that includes diagnostic and service codes required to receive reimbursement for your payment. The amount of reimbursement depends on your particular out-of-network deductible and insurance payment rate, which vary across plans.
